Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Payment Policy To ensure fairness and respect for both your time and mine, please review the following policy for all private lessons: Payment Terms: All lessons must be paid in full via bank transfer prior to the lesson start time. Lessons are not confirmed until payment has been received. 72-Hour Cancellation Window: Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the scheduled lesson start time. Late Cancellations: Lessons cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled start time must be paid in full. No credits, refunds, or rollovers will be issued. No Rescheduling or Rollovers: Lessons cancelled within the 72-hour window cannot be rescheduled or rolled over to a future date. Missed Lessons: Failure to attend a lesson without prior notice will be treated as a late cancellation and charged in full. Late Arrivals: Please ensure you are logged in and ready to begin at your scheduled lesson time. If a student is late, the lesson will still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid impacting other students. No additional time, refunds, or credits will be provided for late arrivals or technical issues on the student’s side. Teacher Cancellations: In the rare event that I need to cancel a lesson, any payment made will be rolled over to the next session or refunded in full, at your preference.
